1. Holistic Coaching (Advanced Planning & Life Transitions)
This service blends emotional support with practical structure - ideal for individuals or families feeling lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain.

2. One-on-One Family Deep Dive (Private Case Consultation)
A private consultation to explore a specific family situation or life transition. This session provides clarity, perspective, and practical guidance, along with a written summary and recommendations following our conversation.
What’s included:
• 90-minute private session (virtual or in-person, if applicable)
• Thoughtful preparation beforehand (intake questions)
• Written summary after the session
• Personalized recommendations and next steps
• Optional resource suggestions (books, practices, referrals, or frameworks)
Mimi’s Porch offers reflective, educational, and relational guidance. This service is not therapy, legal advice, or financial advice. When appropriate, outside professional resources may be suggested.
3. Fiduciary Services
Professional, ethical support in legal and financial roles when trust and neutrality matter most.
• Power of Attorney (financial or healthcare)
• Trustee and/or Executor
• Trust Administration Support for Family Trustees/Executors
*Offered in Santa Barbara County only. Pre-requisite of Life & Legacy Planner required for POA, Executor and/or Trustee appointments.
*Fees: Mimi’s Porch bills for legal service by the hour. Time is billed in tenth-hour increments based on the level of skill required to complete the task. Hourly rates range from $150 for administrative support to $250 for fiduciary decision-making. The pre-requisite Life & Legacy Planner for legal appointments (Trust Administration Support not required) is billed at a flat rate. Detailed fee schedules are included in introductory packets provided following initial consultation meetings with prospective clients.
4. Life & Legacy Planner Preparation
A comprehensive, organized resource to guide your loved ones and legal representatives - making sure your voice is heard, your values honored, and your wishes clearly known when it matters most.
Creation of a custom Legacy Binder or Digital Legacy Plan
Organized documentation of financial, medical, legal, and personal information
Instructions and preferences for end-of-life, estate, memorial, and beyond
Contact list of key advisors, passwords, account details, and essential documents
This is a generational gift - a tool that brings clarity, reduces confusion, and protects your loved ones from unnecessary stress and conflict.
5. Legacy Projects
Personalized projects that capture your essence, stories, and values - beyond material assets.
